Order & Shipping

When will I receive my order?
We know you're excited to receive your order! Due to high demand, please allow 3-10 business days for your item to arrive. While most orders arrive sooner, external factors like shipping conditions and our 1-2 day processing time can sometimes extend delivery times. You’ll receive an estimated shipping time at checkout for your convenience. Thank you for your patience as we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

What is my Tracking Number?
Your Tracking Number will be emailed to you within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. If you haven’t received it within 7 days, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Order Modifications

What if I provided the wrong address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at support@upriseathlete.com as soon as you place your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but due to varying processing times, we cannot guarantee modifications. If it’s too late to update your address, we can wait to see if the package gets returned to us, at which point we can either ship it to the correct address or issue a full refund.
