We stand behind our products with a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to try your product. If you're not satisfied, you may return it for a refund.
Please note:
• The item must be returned to qualify for a refund
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Clear photo or video evidence of the product is required prior to return approval
*Photo/video confirmation helps document the condition of the item before it is shipped back, protecting both you and Uprise Athlete™ in case of damage during return transit.
📦 Returns
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at support@upriseathlete.com
- We will provide return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item back to us
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing
If your return qualifies, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–8 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund after approval.
If it has been longer than 8 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

• A photo of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue
We will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within the 1–3 business day processing window after purchase.
